GOLD Home Maintenance Plan



Gold Plan

$575 single payment

Service Periods:

1-Spring   2-Summer

3-Fall   4-Winter

  • 1,2,3,4                  Change out HVAC filters
  • 1,3                        Change batteries in smoke detectors
  • 1,2,3,4                  Change light bulbs*
  • 1,2,3,4                  Test GFCI outlets
  • 1,3                         Flush hot water heater to remove sediment
  • 1,3                         Test the pressure relief valve (TPR) on the water heater
  • 1,3                         Clean dryer vent hose
  • 4                            Disconnect /drain garden hoses and fixtures(mobile sprinklers, spray nozzles, etc.)
  • 1,3                         Clean exhaust fans in bathrooms and utility room
  • 1,3                         Reverse ceiling fans
  • 1,3                         Inspect window and door screens
  • 1,3                         Inspect sump pump
  • 1,2,3,4                   Clean range hood filters
  • 1,2,3,4                   Clean/sanitize garbage disposal
  • 1,2,3,4                   Test garage door auto-reverse function
  • 1                            Lubricate garage door springs

Gold Plan allows customers receive 10% discount off labor for any work resulting from tests or inspections carried out during implementation of the maintenance plan.

this plan includes basic filters and 9V batteries for up to 5 smoke detectors
Carbon Monoxide and Radon detector installation also available for nominal fee**

*Ceilings higher than 10′ incur an additional annual $25 expense

**Carbon Monoxide and Radon detectors can be purchased through Top Notch for a nominal fee. There will be an additional annual $20 charge for the batteries and the maintenance. We’ll also install units bought by customers for a one time fee of $10 per unit.


The Fine Print:
1. The Gold Plan applies to single story residences without extenuating circumstances. Top Notch will be the arbiter of extenuating circumstances. Multi story homes will be evaluated and charged on a case by case basis.
2. Any additional work resulting from tests or inspections will be scheduled for a later date and billed separately.
3. Plans cannot be transferred or applied to other residences.
4. Plans are for residential services only.
5. No refund for any services not applicable to any residence.
6. Any upgrades of batteries and/or filters will be paid by the customer.
